The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) will offer an AIA Trial Roundtable on the UW campus on Thursday, May 1, 1:00pm-5:00pm in the
Odegaard Undergraduate Library, room 220.
The PTAB Roundtable will focus on the new America Invents Act (AIA) trials. The program will include an overview, statistics, lessons learned, a mock conference call, and a panel discussion. Speakers will include administrative patent judges from the USPTO PTAB.

Additional roundtables will
be offered in various cities across the country. The roundtable in Denver on May 8 will be webcast
for those unable to attend a roundtable in person.
