HOURS: Last Week of Classes, Extended Hours (Dec 7-8), and Finals Week

The Engineering Library has extended hours for the weekend before finals!  We will be open until 9:00pm on Friday, December 7 and Saturday, December 8.

Here are the Engineering Library hours for the last week of classes and finals week:

The library will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22.

Engineering Research Help Desk (including Patent & Trademark Assistance) CLOSED on Sunday, November 18

The Reference and Research Help Desk at the Engineering Library will be closed on Sunday, November 18. For research assistance and reference questions on Sunday, please click on Ask Us! on the UW Engineering Library website (or any UW Libraries page) to connect with librarians via chat or email.

Reference and research assistance is available in person at the Suzzallo Library Research Help & Information Desk on Sunday, 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Patent and trademark research assistance will not be available on Sunday, November 18.

Washington Pro Bono Patent Network Brown Bag - Tuesday, October 9, 12:30pm-1:20pm

Learn about the Washington Pro Bono Patent Network! The Washington Pro Bono Patent Network is administered by the UW School of Law and is part of a U.S. Patent & Trademark Office program. The Network matches low-income inventors with volunteer patent attorneys across Washington State.

Join Professor Jennifer Fan and CASRIP (Center for Advanced Study and Research on Innovation Policy) Executive Director Jesse Kindra to learn about the Washington Pro Bono Patent Network. Rob Woolston, a partner at Perkins Coie, will be on hand to discuss his experience volunteering with the Network and answer questions.
